Drug Free Workplace Premium Reduction Law provides certified drug free workplaces in Georgia the option of using an on-site, rapid result drug test for pre-employment, random and blanket testing. Saving you hundreds of dollars!
Governor Sonny Perdue recently signed Senate Bill 96 into law which provides the option for companies throughout Georgia to drug test employees using an onsite rapid result saliva test.
Within 10 minutes, at the job site, an employer can know if an applicant or employee used up to 6 different drugs of abuse including marijuana, cocaine, opiates, amphetamine, methamphetamine and phencyclidine. If the rapid test is negative, the testing is complete.
